Acnesol 1 percent Gel contains ‘Clindamycin,’ which inhibits bacterial development by limiting bacterial protein blend. It has a bacteriostatic effect, which prevents germs from duplicating but does not kill them. Acnesol Gel 20 gm effectively cures contaminations caused by gram-positive and anaerobic (living without oxygen) microscopic organisms, such as vulnerable Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Clostridium perfringens strains. Acnesol 1 percent Gel cures real contaminations in the midsection,
gastrointestinal tract, lower respiratory tract, skin, and genitourinary region caused by helpless anaerobic microorganisms. Bacterial disease occurs when harmful microorganisms infiltrate the body and cause illness. It can infect any part of the body and spread quickly. Acnesol Gel 20 gm is ineffective against viral infections such as the common cold and influenza.
Allergy:
Patients who have a known allergy to clindamycin, any other lincosamides, or any of the inactive chemicals in Acnesol 1 percent Gel should avoid using it.
Colitis:
Due to the increased risk of worsening the patient’s condition, Acnesol 1 percent Gel is not advised for use in individuals with a known history of ulcerative colitis, regional enteritis, or antibiotic-associated colitis.
